David Brimacombe is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in legal and compliance roles. Currently, as Executive Director of Resilience at NEOM since November 2020, and Chairperson of LondonCDD since November 2018, Brimacombe leads initiatives in complex property and high art AML compliance for HMRC regulated businesses. In addition, Brimacombe has served as CEO and consultant for the Financial Institutions Group at Baker & McKenzie and Grant Thornton since July 2015, contributing to global business development efforts. Prior to these roles, Brimacombe spent nearly two decades at Standard Chartered, holding various senior legal positions, including Group Head of Legal and Head of Dispute Resolution. Brimacombe's educational background includes an MA in History from UCW Aberystwyth and legal studies at the College of Law, Guildford.
