Eduardo Padilla

Eduardo Padilla is an experienced Aquaculture Engineer with an MBA, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Fish Welfare at NEOM, where they focus on enhancing fish nutrition and welfare while scaling aquaculture operations. Previously, they held the position of Head of Department for Hatcheries and New Species at the National Aquaculture Group, leading initiatives in fish nutrition and production planning. Eduardo's career spans over two decades, including key roles at Marine Harvest and as a Technical Adviser in the salmon industry, where they contributed to significant operational achievements and innovations. They earned their Aquaculture Engineering degree from Antofagasta University and a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad del Mar, graduating with maximum distinction.
