Frederick Magana

Frederick Magana, FCIPS Chartered, currently serves as the Head of Contracts and Commercial for the Energy Sector at NEOM, focusing on renewable energy initiatives to create a circular economy. With a strong background in procurement and contract management, Frederick previously held roles such as Head of Procurement Performance at NEOM and Contract Manager at Expo 2020 Dubai. Experience also includes Subcontracts Manager at AMMROC and managerial positions at Etihad Airways and Barclays. Frederick holds an MBA in Product Innovation and Supply Chains from Texas A&M University-Commerce, along with additional qualifications in Entrepreneurship from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Nairobi. Achievements include the establishment of a Procurement Market Intelligence function and successful supplier management to enhance procurement performance.
