Ilya Lipagin

Ilya Lipagin currently serves as the Director of Strategic Investments Planning & Business Advisory at NEOM since June 2023. Previously, Ilya held various leadership roles at Eurasian Resources Group, including Group Head of FP&A and Business Controls, and Senior Manager of FP&A and Business Analytics from September 2015 to October 2021. Ilya's career at British American Tobacco spanned eight years, during which Ilya progressed through positions such as Finance Manager for the Western Europe Region and Factory Controller. Ilya began the professional journey as an Equities Trader at SBM Trade in 2007. Ilya holds a BA (Hons.) in Business Administration from Westminster International University in Tashkent, earned between 2003 and 2007.
