Irene Hoek

Irene Hoek is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate development and project management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Director at NEOM since January 2023, Irene previously held the position of Project Lead/CEO at The Art of Healthy Aging from 2021 to 2022. Irene's career includes significant roles such as Vice President of Global Residential Development and Vice President of Development at Rosewood Hotel Group, Managing Director of Real Estate Development at AMAN, and Head of Global Development at Dorchester Collection. Additional experience includes positions at InterContinental Hotels Group and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, with early career development at BNY Capital Markets and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Irene Hoek earned an MBA in International Finance from The Wharton School between 1994 and 1996.
