Jayme Lawson

Jayme Lawson currently serves as the Head of Planning and Service Delivery for Port Operations at NEOM since September 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Waterside Operations Manager at Victoria International Container Terminal from October 2016 to September 2023, where responsibilities involved managing key stakeholders, optimizing operations, and enhancing productivity while prioritizing safety and cost-efficiency. Jayme has also trained and mentored operations staff and been part of the optimization team focused on improving terminal operations and crane automation. Earlier experience includes a position as a salesperson at Rebel Sport from November 2010 to September 2016, where foundational skills in sales and staff management were developed. Jayme holds a Graduate Certificate in Maritime Management from the University of Tasmania and is currently pursuing an MBA in Maritime Studies from the same institution.
