Karam Mohsen, PMP, is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Project Lead at NEOM since August 2023. Previously, Karam worked as Project Manager at Chandos Construction from October 2021 to September 2023, overseeing the Advanced Nuclear Materials Research Centre project valued at $700 million, one of the largest nuclear research facilities in Canada. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Kiewit, managing the Ottawa LRT Phase 2 project valued at $2.5 billion, and as Project Coordinator at EllisDon on the Centre Block Rehabilitation Program worth $4.5 billion. Earlier work also included serving as Field Engineer for the Ottawa Light Rail Transit (OLRT) project, valued at $2.1 billion. Karam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Concordia University.
