Rafael del Castillo

Rafael Del Castillo, MBA, PMP®, serves as the Client Relationship Manager for Global Advisory at Houston Methodist since October 2013, managing project portfolios for significant relationships in Mexico and generating $3.5 million in annual revenue. Previously, Rafael held roles as Business Development Manager and Global Financial Coordinator, where responsibilities included overseeing liaison offices in Mexico and Latin America, directing strategic initiatives, and guiding international patients through registration and insurance processes. Before joining Houston Methodist, Rafael worked as a Medical Compliance Manager at VillageMD, collaborating with legal professionals to create compliance manuals, and served as Operations Manager at CENTROMED, enhancing office efficiency and patient satisfaction. Rafael holds a Master of Business Administration specializing in International Business from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad de Lima.
