Matthew Vallance

Matthew Vallance serves as the Chief Shared Services Officer at NEOM, a pioneering global start-up since December 2021, and as a Strategic Advisor at Zinia, the first self-serve AI platform for business users. Additional roles include Chapter Chair at YPO since July 2020 and Managing Director at Capita Customer Management from July 2017 to October 2021, where oversight of end-to-end contact management services was paramount. Prior leadership experience includes serving as CEO of HGS Europe and Managing Director at Sutherland Global Services, focusing on European and emerging markets. Vallance also held significant positions at Firstsource Solutions Limited, where as Group CEO, leadership drove company growth and restructuring, as well as founding and leading startup CustomerAsset Ltd. Complementing this extensive career, Vallance's educational background includes an Advanced Management Programme at The Wharton School and a BA (Hons) in European Business Studies from Buckinghamshire New University.
