Nawaf Jamal

Nawaf Jamal, CGRC, IDPP, currently serves as a Data Privacy Officer in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) at NEOM, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations such as GDPR and PDPL, and managing relationships between data controllers and processors. With a strong foundation in data privacy best practices, Nawaf monitors Data Protection Impact Assessments and contributes to governance training for NEOM’s subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Nawaf worked as a freelancer specializing in political and government studies, providing insights on policymaking and governance processes. Nawaf holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Towson University.
