Osama Alsayed

Osama Alsayed currently serves as the Head of Cultural and Social Affairs for the NEOM Ambassadors Student Council, leading event organization for over 150 ambassadors in the US and UK since September 2021. Alsayed was also selected for a full-ride international scholarship through NEOM’s Scholarship Program. In July 2023, Alsayed became a McKinsey & Co. Qimam Fellow, chosen from a highly competitive class with an acceptance rate of 0.2%. Previous experience includes a Machine Learning Internship at Stanford University, where involvement in artificial intelligence and deep neural networks was pursued, and a Research Internship at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, contributing to projects in robotics technology under prominent researchers. Currently, Alsayed is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Astronomy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, expected to graduate in May 2026.
