Pablo Amador is an experienced airline leader with over 12 years in aviation management, currently serving as the Head of Strategy, Innovation and Performance at NEOM Airlines. Previously, Pablo held various roles, including Senior Manager in Airline Strategy, Planning and Technology at NEOM and Management Consultant at Indra Business Consulting. Pablo also gained valuable experience as an Enterprise Effectiveness Manager at Emirates and has contributed to several key projects in air transport and logistics. Pablo completed an Aeronautical Engineering degree at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and is currently pursuing further studies in Aeronautical Engineering and a final thesis on Control of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles at Nanyang Technological University.
