Pablo Uribe

Pablo Uribe currently serves as the Head of Player Support and Football Operations at NEOM since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Player Care at Nottingham Forest FC and First Team Player Support Officer at Manchester City Football Club. Pablo's career in football also encompasses positions at West Ham United FC as Family Liaison Supervisor, football analyst at Entourage Sport & Entertainment, and various coaching and managerial roles. In addition to a background in football, Pablo has experience in geotechnical engineering, having worked as an engineer for Alfonso Uribe S. & CIA S.A. and as an operations associate at NMN Soundproofing Ltd. Educational qualifications include a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, a Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering from EADIC, and a Diploma in Scouting and Tactical Analysis from MBP School of Coaches.
