Paul Busek

Paul Busek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at NEOM since May 2022, Paul previously revitalized a failing expatriate compound as Operations Manager at Arabian Enterprise Incubators, achieving a significant increase in resident occupancy. As Technical Director at the Saudi Establishment for Safety Equipment, Paul led the implementation of quality management systems, securing ISO certifications, and established multiple heavy equipment workshops. Paul's tenure as Divisional Assets and Facilities Manager at Almarai saw the creation of a comprehensive facilities management department across numerous sites. Previous experience in the British Military Mission involved providing specialist training to the Saudi Arabian National Guard. With a distinguished 26-year service in HM Forces as an Engineering, Facility, and Logistics Manager, Paul has proven leadership capabilities in executing complex projects. Paul holds a PGDip in Strategic Management and Leadership and an MBA from the University of Northampton.
