Rafa Alsasi

Rafa Alsasi currently serves as the Production Incentive Lead at NEOM Media Industries, a position held since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Content and Production Executive at MBC GROUP from August 2019 to July 2022 and as an Event Organizer for the GCC Show Jumping Festival in 2013. Rafa Alsasi is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Saudi Electronic University, expected to complete in September 2025, and holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business Administration (Finance) and Science (Economics) from Central Washington University, obtained in 2019.
