Raheel Mir is an experienced finance and strategy professional currently serving as the Director of Business Planning and Strategy at NEOM since August 2022. Prior to this role, Raheel held the position of Finance Director for Europe and Americas at Qatari Diar from September 2018 to August 2022. Raheel's earlier career includes significant roles such as Head of Development Finance at Capital & Counties Properties PLC and Project Finance Manager at Battersea Power Station Development Company. Raheel began work as a Project Finance Manager for the London 2012 Olympics Athletes Village Project while also serving as a Finance Manager at Lend Lease from May 2006 to November 2012. Raheel holds an ACCA qualification in Accounting and a 2.1 BSc Hons degree in Finance and Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, along with O levels in Business Accounting and Economics from International School Karachi.
