Richard Vivian

Richard Vivian currently serves as the Head of Talent Academy Operations at NEOM, a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Richard enjoyed a notable career at Transguard Group from April 2016 to November 2022, where responsibilities included Director of Recruitment and Learning & Development and Head of the Centre of Excellence in Learning & Development. Richard also worked as a Certified Professional Coach specializing in High Performance Teams and Team Building at 2Blimitless from August 2015 to April 2016. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Department at Jumeriah College, Dubai, from September 2010 to July 2015. Richard holds a Postgraduate Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Plymouth Marjon University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science and Physical Education from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
