Robin Keates

Robin Keates is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Director of Residential and Office Development for THE LINE at NEOM since January 2022. In this role, Robin oversees the development of residential and commercial office properties, focusing on strategy, product design, and innovation. Prior to NEOM, Robin held the position of Director of Forward Funded Delivery at Grainger PLC, managing the UK's largest multifamily build-to-rent projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Development Manager at Berkeley Group Holdings, Senior Project Manager at Tuffin Ferraby Taylor, and Associate Project Manager/Architect at Garnett & Partners. Robin began a career in architecture at Kohn Pedersen Fox as an Architectural Assistant. Education includes a current program at the University of Michigan focused on Organizational Leadership and multiple degrees in architecture and management from prestigious institutions, including UCL and Cardiff University.
