Rolf Reichelt

Rolf Reichelt is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Hospitality Services at NEOM since May 2022. With experience as Director of Operations at FASSCO International and Regional Director at Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass ME LLC, Rolf has a proven track record in managing extensive teams and operations across various hospitality sectors including catering, events, and hotel services. Additional roles include overseeing the mobilization and service delivery for New York University Abu Dhabi's campus, as well as significant project management at KAUST in Saudi Arabia. Rolf's expertise is underpinned by a Post Graduate Diploma in Organizational Leadership, Innovation, and Change Management from York St. John University, complemented by early education in Hotel Management in Amsterdam.
