Safa Almunaidi

Safa AlMunaidi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sustainability and strategy management. Currently serving as the Lead for Strategy Management at NEOM since November 2020, Safa has successfully managed diverse teams focused on strategy execution and environmental sustainability. Previously, Safa worked as a Sustainability Sr. Specialist in Product and Supply Chain and contributed to developing the NEOM Circular Economy Framework. Prior experience includes being a Sustainability Development Specialist at Qiddiya Investment Company, where a sustainable product was developed in collaboration with Six Flags, earning recognition as the Best Development Project in 2019. Educational qualifications include a Circular Economy Specialist degree from the Circular Economy Institute and professional development in Circular Economy and Sustainable Strategy from the University of Cambridge, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Design Engineering from Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. Additional training includes participation in the Misk Global Leadership Program on Sustainable Energy Systems at the University of Tokyo.
