Salam Almarhoon

Salam Almarhoon, MBA, CCMP, currently serves as the Projects Procurement and Contracting Manager at NEOM since May 2022, having previously held the role of Senior Contracts Procurement Lead. Prior experience includes significant roles at Fluor Corporation from November 2015 to May 2022, where Salam Almarhoon was a Principal Contracts Administrator and Senior Contract Administrator, leading contract negotiations and evaluations. Additionally, Salam Almarhoon has expertise in supply chain research, compliance, and material management, with prior positions including lecturer at King Faisal University, legal intern at the Equal Rights Center, and research unit head at ABYAT. Educational credentials include an MBA from Western Washington University, with additional studies in law at Indiana University and a B.S. in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
