Sam Sirri is an experienced professional with over 20 years in land mobility policy and planning, as well as public transit operations. They have held roles in organizations such as the Government of Quebec and multinational companies including WSP, Systra, Ramboll, and Transdev. Having successfully led multidisciplinary teams on demanding projects, Sam is currently the Head of Mobility Strategy and Planning at NEOM and is pursuing a Master's degree in Master Planning and Regional Development at Université Laval while also studying for a Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Temple University. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Sam has significant international experience in Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
