Scott Blair

Scott Blair is an accomplished Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project management, direction, and engineering across various companies in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently at NEOM since January 2022, Scott oversees project direction and strategy, risk management, and client relationships. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at SSH Design, where responsibilities involved managing complex projects across the MENA region, and previous positions at Opus International Consultants Limited, LadderBlock Al Futtaim, and Aurecon, focusing on structural engineering and multi-disciplinary team leadership. Scott holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Structural Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
