Shermin Chan serves as the Planning & Innovation Lead for Digital Mobility at NEOM since February 2023, focusing on the development of a Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform utilizing AI and real-time analytics. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager for Data Solutions at Visa, where Shermin successfully drove the launch of Apple Pay and led product strategy for key financial solutions. Previous positions at Visa encompassed strategic roles in Japan and Asia Pacific, involving business case development, M&A opportunities, and support for growth-stage FinTech initiatives. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Vertech Capital and IQVIA, as well as an M&A Integration Internship at Accenture. Shermin holds a Master's degree in Digital Futures from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Honors from Yale-NUS College. Additional studies include a Summer School program in Sustainability & Leadership at Yale University.
