Simon Dell currently leads asset development for NEOM, overseeing the creation of multi-asset programs from concept ideation to project completion. Prior to this role, Simon served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Development at Chip Mong Group Co., Ltd., focusing on business strategy, project development, international recruitment, and operational leadership for golf courses. Simon also held various senior positions within the hospitality sector, including General Manager at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Regional Vice President roles at ONYX Hospitality Group, responsible for property management and development across multiple regions. With a solid educational background in Business and Hospitality from Johnson & Wales University and César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, Simon has extensive experience in asset management, project development, and collaboration across diverse sectors.
