Previously, they held leadership roles at organizations such as Safari Group and Nakheel, overseeing significant teams and projects, and demonstrating expertise in negotiation, operations management, and asset management. Terry holds a Master's degree in Facility Management from Heriot-Watt University and has worked in various high-profile environments, including the Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
