Toby Evan-Jones

Toby Evan-Jones is an accomplished executive in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Executive Director and Head of Gaming at NEOM since January 2022, where efforts are focused on creating a future video games industry within a special economic zone in Saudi Arabia. Prior to this role, Toby held the position of Senior Director of Business Development at Electronic Arts following its acquisition of Codemasters, where Toby significantly contributed to company growth through strategic partnerships and agreements. With over a decade at Codemasters, Toby advanced through various roles from Associate Producer to VP of Business Development, managing key franchises and expanding the business internationally. Toby's earlier experience includes a position at The Walt Disney Company as an Associate Producer and a foundational role as a Network Administrator at Sussex Downs College. Toby holds a First Class BSc Honours degree in Digital Media Development from the University of Brighton.
