Tom Carter MRICS

Tom Carter MRICS, FCMI is a senior property and asset management executive with over 15 years of experience in enhancing portfolio value and operational excellence across diverse developments. Tom previously served as the Associate Director at Cluttons, where they managed high-value portfolios, and later led the asset management and development strategy at Y K Almoayyed & Sons from 2017 to 2023. Currently, Tom is the Head of Property Management at NEOM, where they are establishing the division and shaping the operating model for Oxagon, the world’s largest floating industrial hub. Tom holds a Master's degree in Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, and is pursuing a Diploma in Surveying Practice.
