Karl Elliott

Karl Elliott is currently working as the Head of Asset & Property Management at South Kensington Estates, where they are responsible for implementing the long-term strategy for the Brompton Road and South Kensington Estates. Karl also sets and delivers the London Estates budget to EBITDA level and drives the performance of the portfolio. Prior to this, Karl worked at Criterion Capital Limited as the Head of Portfolio from January 2014 to November 2022.

Karl Elliott pursued a degree in Valuation and Estate Management at the University of the West of England. Karl later obtained a certification as MRICS from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1993.
