Marc Tawil

Marc Tawil has an extensive work experience in the legal field. Marc is currently working as the General Counsel at Neon Flux since February 2022. Prior to that, from September 2021 to January 2022, they worked as an Associate General Counsel at Dakota Wealth Management.

From September 2020 to August 2021, Marc served as an Associate Attorney at Kline Alvarado Veio, P.C., and from November 2019 to September 2020, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Whitcomb, Selinsky, PC. Marc also had a brief role as a Law Clerk at Whitcomb, Selinsky, PC in September and November 2019.

Before that, from March to May 2019, Marc worked as a Pro Bono Law Clerk at the National MS Society. From August 2017 to May 2019, they served as a Law Student Ambassador at the Colorado Bar Association.

In 2017, Marc gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at Goodspeed & Merrill from December 2017 to December 2018, as well as at Bowman & Chamberlain, LLC from August to November 2017. Marc also had an opportunity to work as a Summer In-House Counsel Intern at National CineMedia (NCM) from May to August 2017.

Marc Tawil has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. Marc also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, with a specialization in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
