The leadership team at Neon has a history of experience in a variety of industries. These include managing director positions at Tropo GmbH and Comvel GmbH, as well as a COO position at Tropo. The team also has experience in project management, as well as strategic consulting with firms such as Strategy& and Booz & Company. Furthermore, the team is educated, with degrees coming from universities such as the Technische Universität Dresden, Esade, and the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
