Cherise Arrendale, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they were an intern for the Peace Outreach Programs at The Peace Center for the Performing Arts. In 2012, they were a Development Intern for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and a Resident Life Coordinator for the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities. Later that year, they were a Marketing Coordinator for The Peace Center for the Performing Arts. In 2013, they were a Recruiting Assistant at Quamme Enterprises, Inc. and in 2014, they began their role as Director, Strategic Initiatives & Communications at Central Carolina Community Foundation, where they were promoted to Strategic Initiatives & Communications Manager and Marketing & Communications Manager. In 2021, they began their current role as Project Manager, Community Foundations/Neon Giving Days at Neon One.

Cherise Arrendale, PMP, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Carolina in 2017 and their Bachelor of Arts from Furman University in 2012, majoring in Music. In December 2021, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
