Daniel Woodcock has over 12 years of work experience. Daniel began their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative at Blackboard. Over the next few years, they were promoted to Operations Level 2, Customer Success Associate, Customer Success Manager, Senior Customer Success Manager, Manager of Customer Success, Senior Manager of Customer Success, and Director of Product Management. In 2021, they moved to BlackBeltHelp and took on the role of Director of Product Management. In 2022, they joined Neon One as a Product Manager and Faithlife as a Product Manager. From 2017 to 2021, they were the Pastor at Whetstone Baptist Church.
Daniel Woodcock is currently enrolled in Product School, where they are pursuing a Product Management Certificate. Daniel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Cumberland Baptist Institute. Daniel has also obtained two additional certifications: a Certificate of Completion in Customer Success Management 101 from Gainsight in July 2014, and the CSM Coaching Program Level 1 from Accredible in January 2018.
