Nolan Martin has worked in various roles in the technology field for the past 20 years. In 2002, they began their career as an IT Project Manager for Travis County ITS. Nolan then moved to Travis County Civil and Criminal Courts in 2006 as an IT Manager. In 2009, they became a Director of Product Management at Xerox. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of Vice President of Product Management at Social Solutions. Nolan then moved to Stynt in 2021, where they also held the role of Vice President of Product Management. In 2022, they began their current role as Vice President of Product Management at Neon One. During their tenure at ACS Technologies, they orchestrated end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap activities for a diverse SaaS product portfolio of core and ancillary solutions, launched new product offerings and solutions to increase monthly recurring revenue and to expand market penetration, and delivered successful product enhancements which directly contributed to consecutive YoY increases in sales, average MRR, net profit, and record processing of financial payments. Nolan also recruited and developed three direct reports and six indirect product management team members through servant leadership, and established a data driven approach to managing and prioritizing the product roadmap, leveraging market and customer research, sales and customer win/loss, NPS, and enhancement requests. Nolan also led collaboration across cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, development, training, and support) to formalize and improve organizational readiness, release management, and product launch processes.

Nolan Martin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Texas McCombs School of Business, a Bachelor of Journalism (BJ) from The University of Texas at Austin in Public Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The University of Texas at Austin in Government. Nolan also holds certifications from Pragmatic Marketing (PMC-VII in 2016), ITIL/OGC (ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in 2011), Cisco (CCDA in 2002), CompTIA (Project+ in 2002), Novell (MCNE in 2002), Cisco (CCNA in 2000), and Project Management Institute (PMP in 2007).
