Chelsea Shister

Chelsea Shister has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Chelsea started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Engine and Transmission Exchange from 2011 to 2013. Afterwards, they transitioned into the film industry, working in various roles such as an Executive Intern at K5 International in 2015 and a Film Assistant at Chazen Museum of Art from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they also served as the Associate Director of Marketing at Wisconsin Union Film Committee from 2014 to 2015 and the Associate Director of Festival Programming at Wisconsin Union Directorate Film Committee from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they gained further experience as a Casting Assistant at Cream City Casting and as an Intern at Kino Lorber, Incorporated. In 2017, they worked as an Intern at Magnolia Pictures and later joined NEON, where they held various positions including Coordinator of Theatrical Distribution from 2017 to 2018, Manager of Theatrical Distribution from 2018 to 2020, and currently serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting since February 2023.

Chelsea Shister completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business from 2022 to 2025. Before pursuing their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and another B.A. degree in Communication Arts (Film, Television, Radio) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2012 to 2016.
