Elissa Federoff

Elissa Federoff has a solid background in film distribution and management. Elissa is currently the President of Distribution at NEON, where they lead the company's innovative approach to distribution and acquisition of award-winning films. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Theatrical Distribution at The Orchard, a pioneering independent film distribution company. Elissa also worked as the Vice President of Distribution for RADiUS-TWC, the boutique label from The Weinstein Company. Elissa began their career in the entertainment industry at Lionsgate, where they worked as a Sales Manager in Theatrical Distribution. Elissa has also held positions at Oscilloscope Laboratories, Tora Bora Pictures, and Earthworm Productions. Throughout their career, Elissa has been involved in the distribution of critically acclaimed films and has a strong understanding of the market trends and analytics that influence success in the industry.

Elissa Federoff attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
