John Ottone

John Ottone has extensive experience in human resources management. John is currently working as the Human Resources Director at NEON (fka Cityneon) since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa from March 2022 to May 2023. John also served as the Human Resources Director at Affinity Gaming from August 2020 to March 2022. Before that, John held a leadership role as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lee Enterprises from July 2016 to April 2020. John has also worked as the Human Resources Director at Vegas.com from April 2001 to January 2016, and as a Human Resources Manager at Lowestfare.com from July 1999 to April 2001. John's early career includes a role as a Human Resources Manager at Boyd Gaming from August 1995 to July 1999.

John Ottone attended Marquette University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
