Alex Eichstaedt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2022. They started their career as a Programming Intern at Acuity Insurance in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, where they worked on web application development within an agile methodology. They excelled in their role and returned for a second summer as a mentor and project leader for other interns.

More recently, Alex worked at Neonomics, starting as a Jr. Software Engineer in 2020. They wore multiple hats in the Research & Development - Foundation Team and connected Scandinavian banks through PSD2 APIs. They showcased their skills and advanced to the role of Software Engineer and eventually Software Engineer II. In this position, they led and managed the Accounts Information Services (AIS) team, improving error handling within the Neonomics Universal API product by 230%.
