Sona Shah

Sona Shah is the CEO and co-founder of Neopenda, a social enterprise that provides real-time data to improve neonatal care in resource-limited settings. Sona has a background in engineering and has worked in technical services for Eli Lilly and Company and as a graduate researcher at Columbia University in the City of New York. Sona is passionate about using technology to improve healthcare in developing countries and is excited to be working on Neopenda's mission to reduce neonatal mortality worldwide.

Sona Shah has a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
