Shira Dana Fischmann

Shira Dana Fischmann has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shira started their career at Dialog in 2003 as a Recruitment Consultant and worked there until 2006. In 2006, they joined Neopharm Group as a Recruitment Executive and later held various positions such as Organization Development Manager, Organizational Development and Innovation Manager, and Head of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of VP of HR at Neopharm Group, starting from September 2023.

Shira Dana Fischmann completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Behavioral Sciences from The College of Management Academic Studies between the years 2000 and 2003. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Consulting and Development from the same institution, graduating between 2006 and 2008.
