Prior experience includes key positions at Isobar as Client Experience Director and Client Partner, where Lydia managed client relationships and digital solutions. Lydia's career began at Shuttlerock as an Implementation Specialist and Customer Success Manager, contributing to adtech solutions, and included a role as Content Administrator at Harcourts Real Estate. Lydia holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Theory, and Anthropology from the University of Canterbury.
