Abby Peters, PHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at NeoPollard Interactive, overseeing daily HR functions, including hiring, benefits administration, and policy enforcement since February 2021. Prior experience includes an Employee Relations Specialist role at Head Start For Kent County, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and administering FMLA. Additional experience encompasses positions as a Security Officer at DK Security, Inc., and various human resources internships at Paws With A Cause and Feeding America, where Abby contributed to job description creation and employee onboarding. Abby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources and a minor in Psychology from Calvin University.
