Prior roles include leadership positions at Meijer, where Leatrice managed the Capability Development Office under the CIO, and at Emergent BioSolutions, where program management focused on Enterprise Information Management. Past involvement includes significant contributions to major initiatives at organizations such as Gordon Food Service, GFT Markets, Perrigo, Federal APD, J.E. McGary & Associates, CA Technologies, and Computer Management Sciences, Inc. Leatrice holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Change from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Andrews University.
