Michele Rufer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, content coordination, and loss prevention. Currently serving as the Content Coordinator for Mill Creek Magazine at N2publishing since July 2021, Michele has also held significant roles at Neora as Area Marketing Director and at Nerium International as Regional Marketing Director since 2013, focusing on building networks and mentoring teams in the anti-aging products sector. Additionally, Michele contributed to the Washington State PTA’s Outreach committee from 2011 to 2013, supporting local PTAs in leadership and training. Early in the career, Michele managed Loss Prevention at Nordstrom for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included recruiting and mentoring personnel to ensure safety and security.
