Araceli Damian Razo

Araceli Damian Razo has extensive experience in global delivery management and educational services, currently serving as Head of USA Global Delivery Management at NEORIS since December 2007. Razo has held various leadership roles, including Nearshore Leader for the South America Region, Global Delivery Manager, and Educational Services Director, overseeing a range of services such as consultancy, implementation for Banner and SAP, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to NEORIS, Razo worked as an SAP SLCM Consultant at HyH Consulting, focusing on SAP Higher Education Implementation. Razo's academic background includes a degree in Computer Science from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a Master's in Education with a focus on Technology from Universidad Ciudadana de Nuevo León, along with several certifications in technology and education from renowned institutions.
