Guillermo De La Rosa, MSIT, CSM, serves as the Delivery Manager Head at NEORIS, overseeing the Digital Center & Analytics and the Sr Program Manager for CEMEX GO OLS within the Process & IT PMO for CEMEX. With extensive experience in IT management, Guillermo excels in cross-functional IT program and portfolio management, responsible for the delivery of multiple accounts. Prior to NEORIS, Guillermo held the title of FS Delivery Head at Infosys, overseeing a financial services portfolio and leading a team of over 110 employees, managing significant revenue streams. Guillermo's career began at Softtek, where expertise in project management and software development was cultivated. Educational qualifications include a Master in Sciences in Informatic Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a degree in Computer System Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Mérida, along with a Certified Scrum Master certification.
