Pamela Valenzuela

Pamela Valenzuela is an experienced RPA Delivery Manager at NEORIS since March 2022, with a rich background in process improvement and project analysis. Previously, Pamela held positions such as Process Improvement Coordinator at Burger Urge and Senior Project Analyst at Tecnocom, where significant achievements included implementing the Withholding Tax Voucher into an Electronic Issuance System and designing a detailed Vendor Invoice Payment Process map. Pamela also worked as a Lean Project Analyst at Hipermercados Tottus, enhancing process efficiency and saving costs through DMAIC methodologies. At AUSA Soluciones Logísticas, Pamela identified automation opportunities and streamlined finance processes. Pamela holds a Master's degree in Business Process Management from Queensland University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
