Brad Forth

Brad Forth is the Senior Partner and Founder of Neos Partners, an investment firm focusing on energy transition and critical infrastructure value chains. Brad also serves as the Chairman of the Board at Array Technologies, Inc. and Shoals Technologies Group. Additionally, Brad is the Co-Founder of Juke Audio Inc., a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient, multi-zone audio technology. With previous experience as the Managing Director/Senior Advisor at Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. and as the CEO of Power Measurement, Brad brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the companies Brad is involved with. Brad holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
