Matt Poll

Matt Poll currently serves as the Chairman of Sky Protect and Managing Director at Sky since June 2021. As the CEO and Founder of Neos, an innovative Insuretech startup since January 2017, Matt Poll also holds the position of Chairman of the Board. Previously, Matt Poll was the Managing/Commercial Director at MORE TH>N from July 2012 to December 2015, where full P&L responsibility for the product portfolio was managed. Other roles include Sales Director at RSA, Managing Director at The National Sporting Club, and various positions at AXA, including Business Development Director for Personal Lines Broker and Director of Business Development in Healthcare at AXA Assistance. Matt Poll holds a BSc in Sport Science from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
