Nehha Walia

Nehha Walia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRBP Manager for India at NeosAlpha Technologies since September 2023. Previously, Nehha held the position of Talent Management/People Partner at YASH Technologies from August 2022 to December 2023, where expertise in HR strategies and operations was demonstrated through the development of programs for workforce retention and performance management. Nehha's career also includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Jumio India and as Assistant Manager and Specialist in Human Resources at CarDekho. Starting at GENPACT as a Domain Expert Trainee, Nehha advanced from a process associate to a management trainee over four years. Educational credentials include an Executive HR Analyst certification from the Indian Institute of Management Rohtak and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jagan Institute of Management Studies.
